Flara is operated by INKSCROLL JOURNEYS LTD, company number 16659327, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 61 Suite 13543 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ. Contact hello@yourflara.com.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Flara. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your account, and activity performed through your account.

Flara provides daily photo check-ins, creative reflections and small actions for personal use. The five elements are a visual and colour theme. Flara's reflections are creative prompts, not an assessment of your mood, health or appearance, and not medical advice. Reflections, rituals, audio and manifestation features are not mental-health, financial, legal or other professional advice and do not guarantee results. Use your own judgment and seek a qualified professional when appropriate.

Only submit a photo you have the right to use. Your photo is sent, with your permission, to Flara's server and Google Gemini only to write today's reflection, then discarded. Flara never stores it. Your chosen avatar photo, generated reflections, starting plan, Choose activity and progress may be stored with your account so the service can work across sessions.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Flara the limited permission needed to process it, deliver requested features, secure the service, and comply with law.

Web plans are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If checkout offers a free trial, the first charge occurs automatically when the disclosed trial ends unless you cancel before then.

You can cancel through Flara's billing portal. A cancellation requested there stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting your Flara account automatically cancels any active Stripe subscription immediately as part of deletion. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Taxes and any refund terms are disclosed at checkout or required by applicable law.

App Store and Google Play purchases are billed by Apple or Google at the subscription name, price and period shown before purchase. Trial availability depends on store eligibility. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the store's terms. Manage or cancel these subscriptions in your Apple Account or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Flara account or the app does not cancel a store subscription. Apple or Google handles store billing and refund requests under its applicable policies and your statutory rights.

Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies to iOS purchases, in addition to these service terms where applicable.

Do not misuse Flara, attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, probe for vulnerabilities, or use automated requests that create excessive load.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Flara, our providers, or legal compliance. We may also change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice when practical.

You can request a copy of your Flara data or permanently delete your account from Me, including through Account & privacy on the paywall, or by emailing hello@yourflara.com. Account deletion is permanent and removes reflections, progress, onboarding answers, Choose history and generated assets, subject to billing, security or legal records we must retain.

Our Privacy Policy describes how our service providers help us provide Flara and how your information is handled. You can withdraw photo-processing consent using AI photo processing in Me.

Flara is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep it reliable and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that generated content will always meet your expectations. To the extent allowed by law, Flara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated terms. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
